New Delhi : In India, the startup environment is expanding rapidly. The Indian startup ecosystem is predicted to develop by 12–15% year and is now rated third in the world, according to research by the Indian government.

Now, startups from tier 2 and tier 3 cities have also started to make a significant contribution to the startup ecosystem. Almost 50% of recognised startups in India are located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. When more Indian entrepreneurs successfully launch businesses that achieve IPOs or unicorn status, a positive feedback loop is sparked, inspiring new entrepreneurs all throughout the nation.

Similar to this, Anubhav Dubey, a young man from a small town in Madhya Pradesh named Rewa, has made a name for himself in the startup scene with his business Chai Sutta Bar, India’s largest tea chain café. Anubhav Dubey and his friends founded the business in 2016, and after seven years, it now has 450+ outlets in 195+ cities.

Anubhav Dubey, the founder, recently spoke about entrepreneurship at colleges and universities including Hansraj College, Delhi University, Jaypee University, Noida, Lovely Professional University, and even IIT Roorkee. He discussed the challenges of being an entrepreneur as well as the journey of Chai Sutta Bar, which inspired the students to pursue entrepreneurship as a career.

“I am pleased to see that students from prestigious universities are interested in entrepreneurship and are working to move India up from third place in the world’s startup ecosystem. I’m quite happy to be able to mentor these aspiring business owners in a way that we were unable to.” Said Mr. Anubhav Dubey, CEO, Chai Sutta Bar
