Ingka Centres and PVR INOX have today announced the signing of a partnership to open a 9-screen movie theatre within Ingka Centres’ first meeting place in India. The new multiplex will feature various formats across two levels of the meeting place, occupying an area of 6000 sq. m in the iconic retail destination in Gurugram.

Ingka Centres’ latest meeting place is scheduled to open in late 2025, and is set to become Gurugram’s newest landmark, offering dynamic retail, green areas, workspaces, as well as spaces for community events. With a total investment of about INR 3500 crore, the project is expected to attract 20 million visitors a year and has been designed to promote relaxation, and mental and physical well-being for the many people of Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

PVR INOX is the largest and the most premium cinema exhibitor in India. Announcing the agreement, Mr. Ajay Bijli, Managing Director, PVR INOX Limited, said, “We welcome Ingka Centres to the state of Haryana. We are truly delighted to participate in this huge real estate development, acting as the entertainment partner for this sustainable mixed-use destination in Gurugram.
