DPS International Gurgaon recently hosted the World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) on April 15-17, where around 800 students from over 20 schools in Delhi-NCR gathered to participate. The WSC is an academic competition that challenges students’ knowledge, wit, and debating skills. It covers a wide range of topics, from history to science, economics to literature, and inspires students to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively.
This year’s theme was ‘Reconstructing the Past’, and on the first day of the event, juniors participated in the Team Debate, Collaborative Writing, and Scholars Challenge. The second day featured the highly competitive Scholars Bowl, the Debate Showcase, and Scholars Show. The award distribution during the closing ceremony concluded the event.
