JAMMU : An Awareness cum training program was organised for DDOs with respect to Tax deduction at source under section 51 of the J&K SGST Act, 2017. The event was conducted at the Conference hall of Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu under the supervision of Kanchan Bala DC (IT, DA & El) and Ritu Mahajan DC (Enforcement) and overall supervision of Dr. Rashmi Singh, Commissioner State Taxes.

Under the guidance of Director General Family Welfare, Immunization & MCH & Director Health Services, Dr. Saleem—Ur-Rehman, all DDOs of Health Department of Jammu district attended the training programme and were enlightened by this important interactive financial aspect of DDOs and laid to rest all confusion prevailing over tax deduction at source under section 51 of J&K SGST of 2017 Act. The speakers were State Taxes Officer, Sachin Gupta, Anisa Nabi, Mavesh Ara and Naresh Koul.

Vote of thanks was presented by Dr. Parveen Yograj, Medical Superintendent, Government Hospital Gandhi Nagar, Jammu to all DDOs of Health Department of Jammu.
