Aligarh: Mr Saiyed Viqar Akbar, English teacher at the AMU Access Program of the UGC HRDC, has been selected to participate in the Virtual Exchange Program entitled ‘New Literacies and 21st Century Skills in the English Language Classroom: Digital Citizenship’ to be held from Jan 23 to March 31 next year .

Mr Akbar has been teaching English to secondary and Senior Secondary students at Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh AMU City School, AMU Aligarh.

Director UGC HRDC AMU Dr Faiza Abbasi said that under the patron ship of the AMU Vice Chancellor Prof Tariq Mansoor currently more than 100 AMU school students are benefitting from the AMU Access Program.
