Today, more than 23 lakh Neo learners took the Foundational learning and numeracy assessment test (FLNAT) across 10 states of the country under “New India Literacy Programme” (NILP) which aims to make 5 crore people literate.
This centrally sponsored scheme has 5 pillars to strengthen the foundation of nation such as Foundational Literacy & Numeracy, Critical Life Skills, Vocational Skills Development, Basic Education & Continuing Education. Teaching & learning material is available on DIKSHA portal.
